Check out JRC's Youth Group! Great activities for students in 5th through 12th grade -- a wonderful way to build community and connections at JRC.
5th-8th Grade Events:
Friday, February 3, from 6:30 to 8pm. Pot Luck and Service with the kids from Lake Street Church. More information to come.
Saturday, February 4 from 1 to 3pm. Help Chantal organize a birthday party for the trees for the Tu Bishvat Seder (10 kids needed). We will have a guided tour of JRC, create a scavenger hunt, and decorate a birthday cake. Families of any kids who help out are invited to the Seder on Feb. 10th.
High School Events:
Sunday, January 29 from 5 to 8pm. Relax your mind and spirit by meditating (led by Laurie Goldstein), have dinner including plenty of chocolate treats, and watch a movie that requires no brain activity!
6th-12th Grade Midwest Youth Kallah
Weekend of Feb 17 to 19. Noar Hadash Kallah 6th grade and older.
