Education  |  Our Philosophy

At JRC we believe that Jewish education is a lifelong process in which the mind, heart and soul are always reaching for deeper understandings. We believe that learning is a continuous process, from a child’s first exposure to Jewish learning in our Early Childhood Center through our K-12 Religious School program, and into our many Adult Education opportunities.

All of our programs are designed to explore Torah and Mitzvot, examine our cultural history, develop personally meaningful ritual practices, and use the principles and values of Judaism in performing acts of Tikkun Olam (Repair of the World). We aim to place all of our educational programs in the context of creating a caring and compassionate community, in which every person is given dignity, respect and encouragement.
