JRC is more than a congregation - we are a community of friends and an extended family. Located in Evanston, Illinois, our members come from all parts of Chicago and its suburbs. We are an inclusive congregation, reflecting the rich diversity of the American Jewish community. Some of our members have strong Jewish backgrounds while others are taking their first steps into Jewish life. Our JRC family includes interfaith families, blended families, young people, senior adults, and gays and lesbians.
