What Are They Really Saying?: A Spectrum of Jewish Organizational Voices on Israel/Palestine

Part II: J Street

All adult JRC members are invited to join us for a conversation with Rabbi Alison Abrams, Midwest Director, and Mark Zivin, former Chair of J Street Chicago and JRC member.

Rabbi Abrams and Mark Zivin will discuss J Street's mission, and how it differs from other Jewish political organizations. They will address:

  • The unique role J Street plays in the American Jewish, political and campus communities
  • J Street's stance on the two-State solution and on Divestment (BDS)
  • J Street's role in the Iran deal
  • J Street's view of, and response to the growing unrest in Israel and the Palestinian territories today

This facilitated discussion is the second of a series. Registration is required.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact JRC's Israel Programming Committee at [email protected].
