Labor & Immigrant Justice Shabbat Service

Join JRC members and social activists Tina and Gonzalo Escobar for an Erev Shabbat service with a special focus on labor and immigrant justice.

This special Shabbat service will feature Lucia Wrooman, a domestic worker and guest speaker from the Latino Union. How can individuals be fair and just employers of domestic workers? You'll learn firsthand about issues affecting those who work in our homes and care for children.

Nancy Goodman of Congregation Hakafa will be on hand to share the work of its Labor Justice Committee on these issues.

Be a greeter! Help make JRC a welcoming congregation by signing up to greet members and guests attending Friday night services. Sign up here>
