One Jewish Evanston (Rabbi Don and Cantor Howard will be there)

Join six Evanston communities on Friday, March 25 for One Jewish Evanston-- one of the biggest Shabbat events of the year. Our very own Rabbi Don Rossoff and Cantor Howard Friedland will be co-officiating with Rabbi Andrea London, Cantor Susan Friedman of Beth Emet and Rabbi Suzanne Griffel.

This event also features a presentation from Rabbi Don on "Purity,  Impurity, and Murky Waters: A Pastoral View of the Red Heifer" and a learning session with Rabbi London.

Be sure to GET TICKETS in advance! To defray dinner costs, the charge is $18.00 per person ($9.00 for children age 12 and under).

Friday's schedule:

5:45 pm - pre-Shabbat singing

6:30 pm - Two Kabbalat Shabbat services (one Orthodox and one liberal)

7:30 pm - Kiddush and kosher-catered dinner
