Israeli Film Night: The Gatekeepers

Join us for Israeli Film Night the first Wednesday of each month. Admission is free (so are the snacks), and it's an entertaining way to learn about the diversity of modern Israeli culture and ideas.

This month's film: The Gatekeepers

For the first time ever, six former heads of the Shin Bet, Israel's secret service agency, agree to share their insights and reflect publicly on their actions and decisions. Intimately interviewed, they shed light on the controversy surrounding the Occupation in the aftermath of the Six Day War.

In addition to the film, we'll report on recent discussions with Dror Moreh, the film's director, from an academic conference at Northwestern University.

Date and Time:
Wednesday, February 5, 2014 - 7:00pm to 10:00pm
